Fruit pulp processing machinery encompasses a variety of equipment designed to handle, process and package fruits for consumption. We have multiple different machines which are used in various stages in fruit processing plant including washing, peeling, cutting, juicing, drying, and packaging.

Fruit Washer

Capacity - 200-600 kg/hr, MOC – SS304
Suitable for food processing industry for washing & cleaning of root, leafy & soft vegetables and fruits. It cleans it thoroughly and remove the pesticide residue sticked to the surface of fruits. The machine have function of bubble wash for through cleansing, product discharge is by the conveyor.

Fruit Cutting & Sorting System

Cutting and Sorting System is a specialized automated or semi-automated setup designed to efficiently process fruits by cutting them into specific shapes or sizes and sorting them based on predefined criteria such as size, colour, ripeness or quality. Pulper and Finisher

Capacity – 150 to 1000 kg/hr, MOC - SS304 Single stage, Double stage pulpers are designed to separate impurities such as skins, peels, seeds, stems, and the like, in order to obtain puries and refined juices

Steam Jacketed Kettle

Capacity – 100 to 1000 ltr, MOC – SS304, SS316
Our range of Steam kettle is effective in various food processing applications. These machines are used to heat pulp and juice of fruits and vegetables to a desired temperature. This process of heating pulp breaks down cell walls, releases pectin, and enhances the flavour and texture of the pulp. The kettle can pasteurize the fruit pulp, eliminating pathogens and extending shelf life without compromising quality. Kettle helps in concentrating the fruit pulp by evaporating excess water, thus enhancing the flavour and consistency.

Pasteurizer

The primary function of a pasteurizer is to heat products such as milk, juice and other beverages to a specific temperature for a set period, then rapidly cool them. This process destroys pathogenic bacteria, ensuring the product is safe for consumption while preserving its nutritional value and flavor.

MS Retort

Capacity – 100 to 1000 kg, MOC – SS,
MS Canning Retort is widely used for sterilization of cans after seaming. It applies heat and pressure to kill microorganisms and enzymes that cause spoilage, ensuring the safety and longevity of the food. These retorts are complete with pressure gauge, metal clad thermometer, safety valves and release valves.
